Hello, I’m Addie Bowers
I am so honored to be the first recipient of the Love Like Alissa Scholarship and to carry forward Alissa’s legacy. Having played alongside her as my “little sister” in volleyball, I remember Alissa as a bright, kind, and joyful soul who loved deeply and lifted everyone around her. This scholarship has taken on even deeper meaning for me following the loss of my stepbrother, Mason, who shared many of the same qualities as Alissa. I hope to make them both proud by encouraging kindness, checking in on others, supporting mental health, and always choosing to Live and Love Like Alissa.
